Our Pigs

We raise a Heritage Pig Cross of Tamworth and Gloustershire Old Spot. The Tamworth is a low energy, docile pig that is known for its lean and fine grained meat.  The Gloustershire Old Spot is one of the oldest breeds of pig.  They are docile and easily pastured giving them the nickname of "Cottage Pigs". They are also known for their lean, streaky bacon and their flavorful pork.
